RPOS.CLUB ("we", "us", "our") provides a free point-of-sale and ordering platform for restaurants, including digital menus, QR-code table ordering, bill management, accounting reports, and public restaurant webpages. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to this policy. If you are a merchant, you are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction when using the platform to serve your customers.

2. Information we collect

• •Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text) when you register or sign in.
• •Merchant content: the restaurant profile, menu items, photos, descriptions, prices, tables, and QR codes you create in the dashboard.
• •Business records: orders placed at your tables, closed bills, and payment records (amount, payment method, invoice number) generated by the platform.
• •Customer ordering data: when a guest scans your table QR code and orders, we store the items, quantity, table, and any name or notes the guest voluntarily provides.
• •Technical data: standard logs and analytics such as pages visited and device information, used to keep the service running and improve it.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform: displaying your menu to guests, routing orders to your dashboard, tracking bills, generating reports, and hosting your public restaurant webpage. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information or your customers’ information to anyone.

4. Payments

RPOS.CLUB is free — we never charge you subscription or transaction fees. Card payments are processed by Stripe or the payment provider you connect on your own account. We never receive, hold, or touch your money; we only store the amount and payment method for your records.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Your menu and restaurant profile are public by design — anything you publish to your public webpage or QR menu is visible to anyone with the link, including search engines. Business records (orders, bills, payments) are only visible to you and to platform administrators for support and safety purposes.

We may share information only when required by law, or with service providers who help us host and run the platform under strict confidentiality obligations.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your restaurant profile, menu, and business records within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal reasons.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and isolation between accounts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information and account at any time. Merchants may export their business data (such as revenue reports) from the dashboard. To exercise any privacy right, contact us through the support channel in your app dashboard.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

9. Children

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
